1. Refund Policy for Online Courses

  • If a course is canceled on the same day of purchase, you are eligible for a 90% refund.
  • No refunds will be processed after the same day of purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed within 4 working days and credited to the original payment method.

2. Refund Policy for Mock Tests

  • No refunds will be provided for NISM certification mock tests under any circumstances.

  • Refunds will not be issued for user errors, such as purchasing the wrong course or failing to meet personal expectations.

  • Joining Fee
  • The joining fee is required to participate in our evaluation process and is non-refundable under any condition.
  • This fee covers the time, resources, educational materials, and practice opportunities provided by the company during the evaluation. By paying this fee, you agree to complete the evaluation process and accept that no refund will be issued, irrespective of the outcome.
  • Service Cancellation
  • Once the evaluation process has begun, cancellation of the service is not allowed, and no refunds will be provided.
  • If you choose not to proceed with the evaluation or decide to stop participating, the fee will remain non-refundable.
